would sure write a book about it there are somethings that i see for couple of seconds and then they gone in some point you can actually feel your aura and others and the easyest for me to see the aura its when no light BUT in the night time im more relaxed less noise the vibrations in the air and softer all back from work and relaxing try it lay down on your bed at night take couple of deep breaths relax and look at your hand raise it so it will be infront the wall if works tell me :)

i can see them and also i see more things actually they seem very mechanical third eye chakra looks like a weird screw that spinning very fast the our its much more then what they show in those video for i almost sure none of them truly sees it there are not only vibrating colors but thereare tons of symbols and shapes in the aura i know it sound strange but take it from me there are even external energy that attached to human aura believe me if i knew 10% of what i see and seen
