This is a palm seed biodiesel harvest. The seeds are pressed with a Taby Type 55. The oil is used in various diesel engines. I sell the oil press, which is also the first to extract oil from algae. Please contact me if you are interested in this project. To see the extraction process, please see the response video "Palm Seed Oil BioDiesel Production."

How long has this vehicle been running on 90/10 oil/alcohol? I'm curious to see the damage not processing the oil will do.

Whether you process the crude oil or not its still call biodiesel as long as its plantsource or biomass. Like yesterday, I made biodiesel using my diesel engine by pouring SVO into my pajero fuel tank and off to office I go. Isn't that great?

How do you know that I didn't run that oil through a biodiesel processor to remove the glycerin and saturated fat? The oil in that video meets ASTM D-6751 standard. But, better than processed biodiesel is a mixture of 90% straight palm oil and 10% ethyl alcohol.

You're not actually making biodiesel. Biodiesel is vegetable oil that's been altered on a molecular level. What you're doing is just blending straight vegetable oil. And no, it's not better than processed biodiesel.

Big (petr)oil companies hate biofuels... they might even manipulate the market to make you think there will be a lack of food (rice, corn...) if the world try to turn into ethanol or biodiesel consumers..

No, it's good for the environment. People are just unaware. Spread the word. There's a lot of money in it, too.

why arent we already using thiss is it bad for the enviornment or expensive ???

Better than processed biodiesel is a mix of 90% straight palm oil and 10% ethyl alcohol. However, a lot of the oil is processed with methanol and sodium hydroxide to remove the saturated fat and glycerin content.

Are you turning the palm oil into biodiesel or jsut using using it straight?
