On some "services", if I turn them off, I cant open the program like O&O defrag. I have to turn it back on, reboot, then it'll work. Is there any way to leave that service off and be able to turn it on with out having to turn it back on in msconfig and reboot?

for a firefox extension i really recommend easyGestures. you can have the back button, forward button, etc. with a click of your mouse and within 2 centimeters too.
