China's economic transformation has been hailed as many things, but environmentally sensitive isn't usually one of them.But now, green technology is increasingly being used - both to meet targets on renewable energy and to bring some of the fruits of China's new wealth to far-flung and isolated communities.Tony Cheng reports from Xinjiang province in western China.

I don't see your logic. I believe that my opinion should be counted somehow. Having unelected officials to have a direct influence to my life doesn't sound so good to me.Does it to you?

china has had the highest economy for a few years a lot more than america so they have the money for it plus they said they started to make more panels due to the dropping price of panels
