MI COCHE (my car) is a parody of Purgatory. Inspired by Dante's Purgatorio and the animated shorts of the Brothers Quay, filmmaker Michael Van Devere cast Bratz Dolls in the roles of two students who get in a car accident on prom night and arrive in Purgatory. On his journey through the gardens of Purgatory, Werner meets a confused soldier, Hampton, and a deceiving angel, Engel. Will Werner find redemption and answer the momentous question, "Is this real?" Produced by Michael Van Devere. Copyright 2005. Fabular Films.
