Obviously, xylonisawesome, you are unaware of the dozens of laws and NPOs Nader is responsible for putting into effect, as well as his stands of issues and proposals for helping to fix problems in this country, or you wouldn't have made such a silly statement. PS, Nader "wasted" just over 4 million, as opposed to Obama and McCain, who combined, "wasted" nearly a billion. The middle class with the overpriced Mcmansions and the ARM mortgages caused the foreclosure Boom not poor Blacks and definitely not the Community Reinvestment Act. As Nader stated it has one of the highest rates of return payment than most and as a Realtor I have stats to prove it. The reselling of mortgages that later were discovered had no value on the market was a root cause of the bailout. The Adjustable Rate Mortgage is a Yoke if Real Estate is priced too high.
