apparantly the lyrics mean that because many artists that haven't made it big in the west have made it in japan, that any1 can be anything in japan, or at least pretend to be. it also supposedly has themes of drug addiction - the bit about the zoo refers to the berlin zoo, where junkies used to hang out. so its basically about bettering yourself
