I think toryn has every right to sing bretts songs. the band chose him to sing for them. If brett didnt want toryn singing his songs he wouldnt have left. And he didnt write most of their songs Carl does so really when Carl and Jeff decided that toryn was the new singer it ment doing old songs. Toryn is a great singer and i personally feel that the band is still great its just taken a new turn
