um since when does a 1.8 liter civic cost 1/16th of the price of a v8? my only 5.0 cost me $1500 usd and ran circles around same model civics and even 2000+ vtecs. hell even my supercoupe beat a 04 tl. lol our 5.7 and 6.0 engines still get 25+ mpg. I wasnt saying all imports are bad just that they arnt good platforms to start on if your trying to drag and make major power quick. the kb cobra that i have now will run circles around any import built with the same amount of money you sound.ricer
