Im glad this speaker noted the possible lack of accuracy that the police have when it comes to remembering... I hate that its generally accepted that in a court of law, police have 100% credibility cuz their "trained"... They are still human.

This guy should be a preacher. Or a politician. He is good at talking code, talking fast and making smirk remarks, trying to be a funny bunny. DONT...COMMIT....CRIMES...OR...BE...AROUND....CRIMINALS. Wow! That's so simple! Didn't have to listen to this BS for a half-hour.

if you watch some of those detective cop shows on court tv, you'll sometimes see those detective pigs say things like "He immediately asked for his lawyer. I knew i got him when he made that little mistake." it's amazing how far the pigs will go to lead you away from the truth James Duane is preaching. never talk to cops and if you're arrested, all you have to say is your name, your social security number, and talk to my damn lawyer.
