The United States won the 4x100-meter freestyle relay Monday, shattering the world record by nearly 4 seconds and giving Michael Phelps his second gold medal of the games. Carl Lewis was a drug cheat.The USOC covered it up as they covered up a lot of drug cheats.Ben Johnson's biggest crime was that he wasn't American.When Lewis broke the world record he only slightly lowered it.Bolt smashed it.Same with the 200M.Lewis only ever won the 200M once in the 84 boycott olympics and never held the world record.

What do you count as someone's league? You do realise Carl Lewis was Olympic champion and world record holder over 100m. Maybe if he was also from a country with no out of competition drug testing policy, he'd have been as fast as Bolt and Powell.
