Crap. That's what it is. Perfect crap, wrapped up in glossy paper, and polished to perfection, but it is basically crap, to the bone.One dimensional interpretation equals CRAP.

I totally agree with you jabberwock01 - he butchers many beautiful works by pounding the crap out of the piano. Good technique and playing fast don't make one a great musician. There is so much more to being a great musician, and all he is, is a damn clown and attention whore.

you call that passion? He is a damn clown on stage and butchers many beautiful works. He should focus more on how the music should sound and the quality of it, rather than making an ass of himself just to get attention. He is more famous for his ridiculous mannerisms than anything else. He might have good technique, but he shames serious classical pianists.
