This is totally fraudulent the way that they claim that they are the same "packard bell" who pionereed television sets, and launched ships into space. No. A group of Israelis bought the name and woke it up from its dormant state, and then used it for their mickey mouse computer operation.

You know, if you have a spare Hard Disk like 512mb to 3GB, you should try putting it in there, it might work, if did, then you had a lot of room for your DOS Stuff.

Me, In the Philippines I share computer with my mom, I think it was like a i486 with Windows 95 and when I migrated in US, My Very First Computer was also a packard bell with Pentium 1 and Windows 98

I think so, but I think it will be slow because of the processor it. I think windows 3.1 need like 25mhz of processor and something like 1mb of ram
