oh, I can tell you. First go to buy mode. Do you know where to get the dressers, and kid stuff? Well that is where the pet stuff is. there should be a icon that looks like a dog bowl. Click on that. Then you should be able to find the bird:) (There would be a cage that you would have to buy, and you would have to stock it for $400) [I think it is $400]
