I agree with you, I sometimes have that problem too as I automatically associate God with abrahamic religions. I find more peace in the generalization of god in the panthiestic sense, that god is cosmic universal power. god is nature.

Perhaps you are just experiencing an insecurity about your spirituality/religious beliefs. I too used to have a dislike to mentioning of God.You have to separate your perception of what "God" is and just take it as is. In the context she uses "God", she means simply a cosmic energy or the essence of the universe.Try not to put too much thought in to the word, and try to just extract the root meaning.Good luck to you!

This video was good until it mentioned god.To me meditation has nothing to do with god just with yourself.

Thank you. Very nice. I just want to clear something with all you beloved selves. Everything in these universes is god. All the grains of sand, all the earths, all the people, all the atoms, all the suns, all things are god. All the atoms and all things have god within, but we are not in all of the Creator. It does not judge. It Is.
