Gruberova sings Glauce's Aria from Medea by Cherubini

From a 1983 concert in Munich with Gardelli conducting, Edita sings Glauce's aria from Cherubini's Medea. Not an easy aria especially after having sung the original Zerbinetta, Giunia's aria and Ah non credea mirarti and the Lucia Mad Scene! BRAVA EDITA!

"O amore viene a me" is one of my favourite arias, im so happy to have found Gruberova singing, amazing! Renata Scotto does a truly delightful version of it on the 1957 Callas Medea!

An exciting rare aria wonderfully sung ! Edita Gruberova sang this part in Vienna (after having sung a very small part next to Popp and Rysanek). She recorded the aria for a studio recital (Orfeo) that includes a longer orchestral ending.
