Recently I started having hot flashes too. In fact, I'm going to try magnets for it tonight because a few nights ago they kept me from having hot flashes and then I woke up with a hot flash and found that the magnets had fallen off! So I think they really work! I found online that they may work also. Can't wait to try it tonight.

Hmmm I'll have to go look for that. I wonder if I could just use plain old cornstarch.... I have some in the kitchen right now.Thanks!

and something else I can't live without is baby powder cornstarch. I get CVS brand and you have to get the cornstarch kind not the old-time baby powder. I use it all over...really helps!

you should totally join the LJ community fatshonista. on fridays you are allowed to advertise your goods under a cut tab... i have had a lot of success with it, it is such a huge community.
