These guys make it look like blacks are totaly dependent on whites and couldnt possibly do anything for themselvs .If a black has a problem then its the white peoples fault.They act like white people need to watch over them like babies .Grow up and stop depending on other races to do everything for you and take responsibility for yourselvs.

The facts are: people choose to live there below sea level, it is a hurricanes prone area, the local government failed to have a plan, people choose not to heed the warnings, they failed to prepare with emergency supply kits, some stayed to loot, some were just stubborn, some were not capable(wheel chair bound, nursing home, hospitalized). the ones who were not capable are the only one who deserve to be pissed about what the government failed to do. in the end people should blame themselves.
