right...first half we were shit but we wernt playin to gerrards strengths and AC were too good for us, but hamman came on, sat back to tidy things up in defensive mid letting gerrard to go forward and change the game. if he's not that good y is it that wen they brought the left winger on we put him right back and he had him covered cutting out their main threat. oh ye n fa cup big deal, u wouldn't complain if ur team won it.oh ye n check ya facts, westham clearly came 9th in prem that season.

I think Gerrard is the best midfielder in Europe or the world for that matter. He has the best passes, the best shots, he is the topscorer in CL right now, alongside Messi, and is also the higest rated player in CL, 7 points ahead of Messi.Only midfielders that are close to Gerrard is: Lampard and Xavi Hernandez, maybe Fabregas too when he is in form and have better teammates around him. But none of these players I just mentioned is as loyal as Gerrard is to his club. PS: I`m NOT a LFC-fan
